11th Avenue Hotel and Hostel has always been an independently owned Hotel and has served Denver Colorado since 1989. In 2008 the owners decided to transform into a hybrid Hotel Hostel serving the world traveler with safe, clean and economical lodging. The owners, have operated the Hotel since May 1989.  When the former owner of the Hostel of the Rockies retired, she wanted her hard earned reputation, not to be diminished, so she favored us. With a fresh team, we are ready to make the 11th Avenue Hotel And Hostel the Premier Hostel of the Rockies, and one of the best International Hostels in North America. 

  The historic Hotel building at 1112 Broadway was built in 1903, with an addition added in 1913.  Being over one hundred years old, we have tried to keep as much of the original architecture and wood work in the building as possible, while updating the comfort and amenities.  We want you to enjoy your stay, but also understand that we are not trying to compete with the major chains. We promise that you will not find a greater value for the same price in Downtown Denver. We strive to provide a clean, safe and economical place for you to stay, while visiting Denver.

   All of the dorm guests have access to the community room with lounge area, and refrigerators in the dorms.  You will find television, refrigerator, microwave, satellite TV, book shelves loaded with novels, table and chairs, stools, coffee table, and lounge furniture.  We have a computer in the common room dedicated to email  and internet use by the guests, no charge. There is also wifi throughout the building, all free.  There are coin-operated laundry facilities for guests, and 2 public showers, and 3 public restrooms bath on every floor.

  The back patio has tables, barbecue grill for use, and is the smoking area for the Hostel, Hotel.  We are continuing to enhance all of our amenities so you can set out back and just enjoy the wonderful Colorado weather.
